Week 5

I absolutely love Will Eisner’s works. All of them. There is a reason one of the most prestigious awards in comics is called the Eisner award. His absolute mastery and draftsmanship in visually telling a story is second to none and use of ink and pencil alike is something to always be envious of. His art is always an inspiration to me among the masters and is an incredible artists with an incredible knack for gesture and art. While his stories that he tells is no my taste in narratives I have immense respect for his storytelling and his personal interest in telling stories that are of interest and personal to him. I always look towards Will Eisner’s work as an example of the greatest works in comics.
